Can we please NOT let people who only stream on youtube take caster spots?
As discussed before, youtube streaming is banned in some countries, for example germany.
I bet some people would have loved to watch pell mell vs weld mannered - but couldn't, because cabooble was the only one streaming the match...........

I've never understood the logic behind this. I remember back in the day, I watched a gather where frozen dumped 4 lmg mags into the RT in crevice but only did 300 damage because he was hitting invis geo and didn't know it. O_O
