Just have him stream his pov and the matter will be settled.
Powerup is the only team that goes for armor2 AND HMG first. ALWAYS
For me it looks like the com set her strategy for exact this one player.
Someone compared simple with evilbot.
But if you watch some VODs of PCWs you see:
- Simple plays intelligent, always ready for the trap, great gamesense.
- Evilbot is just running around "brainless", never saw him going for an intelligent trap.
So his movement and gamesense is div4 but his aim is premium.
This makes no sense, cause as a premium player you should know:
You need the right position at the right time to be successfull.

Big part of perfomance is motivation. If you are motivated to win you can always stay aware and watch for the traps and always do good against solo skulks rushing into ur face. But when u loose motivation and will to win you will do stupid things. I personally think that EvilBot has great marine aim (prem. div lvl) but playing in lower divisions for his whole comp. carieer.
Make some players from top teams play in div2-3 for a few years and they will be called cheaters as well. I think if he was playing in prem div team all this time this thread wouldn't even exist.
I knew some people that have been shooting 30% and above accuracy, killing 3-4 skulks at a time, and then loosing engagements 1v1 to a skulks when they had a shotgun. Are they cheaters as well?
So unless it's impossible to provide some solid proof, I wouldn't call EvilBot a cheater.
As far as i know it's very hard to detect a cheater in ns2 via software, the only way to for EvilBot to clear his name is to stream or record his pov. But as far as i know he is playing on a laptop, so streaming will drop his fps drastically

I've been slow to respond to this thread because accusations of cheating are not to be taken lightly. The repercussions for players, teams, and the league are significant with every action taken in dealing with such matters. The reputations of players and teams are marred with the accusations whether it turns out to be true or not and the official response creates precedence for how similar situations are dealt with in the future. Cheating in any form is not tolerated and the integrity of the game and fair play are valued and important.
That said, after many public complaints (which were only made known to me a few weeks ago), I and my admins investigated the evidence presented. Overhead first person spec streamed recordings, gaudy ns2stats records, and anecdotal evidence. Overwhelmingly, it pointed to something fishy going on. Yet, I was not satisfied that it was enough to be a cut and dry case. Unknown to most, admins in the NSL can in fact use the first person spectator mode that is disabled by the NSL mod. After video recordings of first person spec had been submitted to me, reviewed by a panel of people I regard to be authorities with third party cheat programs, and a handful of high level players, the conclusion is that Evilbot is cheating and toggling. The videos were also shown to his team, PowerUp!'s, captain who agrees with this conclusion.
Evilbot's punishment will be a ban for the rest of Season 5. He will be allowed to play again after this season has concluded, but only if those matches are recorded and a demo submitted or he streams his POV during the match. Previously, the punishment for cheating was a one year ban, but I weighed this with the state and trend of the community, and believe that in such a small community there can be forgiveness and a change in behavior.
The results of the two matches that were already played this season will be reverted and changed to unplayed. Giving PowerUp! the benefit of the doubt, I expect these matches to be replayed at a later time.
Thank you for your patience as I and my admin team have dealt with this matter.

Very diplomatic, top job. Now if everyone would kindly join me in leaving a good bye comment on evils profile. Thanks.
I'm sure he's hiding in a bucket of shame as it is, no need for childish stuff like that Skyice ;p.

Kudos for the respond by Zef.
As for Evilbot's "goodbye comments", do we really need more proof how childish you lot can get? :s
lol @ Tachi,
"I personally think that EvilBot has great marine aim (prem. div lvl) but playing in lower divisions for his whole comp. carieer.

I agree with Zefram giving Powerup! the benefit of the doubt is wisest thing to do but I personally doubt you or other Powerup members were not aware of his cheating.
You mean to tell me you've been playing with a cheater all this time and never thought anything of it??
And also, this thread was not a witch hunt, apparantly there has been reports about him cheating since season4.
Good riddance, and he should be happy that he will have a chance to redeem himself next season.

Я до сих пор не могу поверить, что он обманывает. Я имею в виду, почему вы это делаете в смерти глупой игре без льгот ...

well handled zef and the other admins, its nice to see justice in full effect, quick question though... was this the source of all Pascow's rage?
Well done Zefram and admins ("Q" and "R" :D)
I really hope PowerUp players will be more humble next time, if there is a new issue.
