NSL Balance Mod Cup Final Phase
After a long week of games and a few changes in the balance mod itself. The BT Mod is finaly locked down (thx sewlek). All the Streams will be updated in this NEWS.
Week 2 (22.06 - 23.06)
Week 2 will be double elimination brackets.
Upper Bracket
Round 1 Sa. 19:00 CET Best of 3
Round 2 Sa. 20:15 CET Best of 3
Round 3 Sa. 22:00 CET Best of 5 (Semifinal UB)
Lower Bracket
Round 2 Sa. 20:15 CET Best of 3
Round 3 Sa. 21:30 CET Best of 3
Round 4 Sa. 21:30 CET Best of 3
Round 5 Su. 19:30 CET Best of 5 (Semifinal LB)
The Final will be Sunday 21:30 CET Best of 7

basically if you do Bo3 5 7 or whatever .. you might aswell just flip a coin for half the games !

best of x maps. If tie continue until one team wins a map. It can take a while but thats fair.

Issue is the summer time, as well as UK event.

king_yo, there have been many discussions about this format, and for time reasons - mostly in cups - this doesn't work pretty well. on season games i am willing to reopen a reevaluation again. but use the forums for that, not a news comment page :P

It worked in NS1 .. so .. WHAT THE HELL !
Sometimes a "sporting event" is about stamina ... you go into overtime and someone will lose focus and LOSE !
Or .. flatline goes SG rushing to the WRONG HIVE .. and still win XD !
It s what makes a lot of funny moments !

SG rushing the wrong hive was hilarious, as was SG rushing when you realize the aliens rushing your rushing base at the same time. Only to end up in game without hive or CC!
