Hello all!

Quick update about the cup: Sign-ups are closing soon (about 6 more hours) and we have only 5 teams signed up. Because of this all the matches will be played on Saturday. Currently teams participating are: Archaea, duplex, exertus, FINNSTACK and Nexzil. Also, NS2HD has offered to stream some of the matches and I will provide you easy access to his stream from our site or this forum post.

Saturday:

Round 1 (ns2_summit)

9:00 PST | 12:00 EST | 17:00 UTC | 18:00 CET - Exertus vs duplex 2-0 (Game 1) (cast by NS2HD)

Round 2 (ns2_veil)

10:00 PST | 13:00 EST | 18:00 UTC | 19:00 CET - Archaea vs exertus 2-0 (Game 2) (cast by NS2HD)

10:00 PST | 13:00 EST | 18:00 UTC | 19:00 CET - Nexzil vs FINNSTACK 2-0 (Game 3) (cast by blind)

The Final (ns2_summit, ns2_veil and ns2_tram)

11:00 PST | 14:00 EST | 19:00 UTC | 20:00 CET - Archaea vs Nexzil 1-3  (cast by NS2HD)

Please remember that some of the matches might be delayed because of the unpredictable nature of the game.

Friendly reminder about the rules:

• matches will be played 6v6
• the upper team on brackets gets to play marines first (eg. game1 that would be exertus)
• all marines rounds will be played on a server that has advantage to marines (or in case EU vs EU what server suits both teams, no nonsense here please)
• best of 3 (rounds*) before finals
• if there's a draw after first 2 rounds, coin flip** will decide who gets to play what side
• best of 5 (rounds) finals 
• if your team can't field 6 players for the match you may use up to 2 mercs (they need to have "merc" in their in-game nick)

* Do not confuse rounds (alien or marine sides played) with rounds (all the games in specific time period)

** Coin flip will be either admin or caster running into random team. The lower team on brackets will play that side.
