Hey everyone,

I never before in my entire time in NS thought, that anyone EVER would be forced to take up such a subject. But i'm completely dissapointed with what people and I have to listen/live/experience/go through each time i'm playing with this person. And by that i'm obviously talking about "legend" Jaro as he likes to call himself.

I don't know so far how many agrees with me or not, but what I do know is that I + other people have started to mute this guy. Just to be able to play without cuting my wrist and bleed to death by listening to he's random bullshit.
Other than that he also doesn't follow Captains orders in start-, mid- and endgame. Example of that:

2 night ago i'm playing on same team as Jaro. Our Captain (can't remember who in this moment, but I do remember lump was in this team aswell) does the tactics and all know what to do and are clear about it. We do a normal 2rt, lerk, fade, mc and hive tac as alien and "ready" up. Game starts; (Sub is our hive (ns_veil)) The two rts are dropped (dbl + cargo), but, but but PLUS Jaros drops a rt in overlook (he's MC's) after building that and he dies (ofc), whining starts, lump therefore since we lost our MC builder. Says: (I quote) "I drop MC's", when after Jaro decides to go gorge again and also start to drop the MC = GG after because of the lag of skulks that normally would be there if PEOPLE (Jaro) LISTENED!

I personally didn't juge him by that game only of course. But instead of me being the only one giving examples I wish other people also write how it is to play with this guy in a gather.

I know for a fact that a LOT of people are tired of this person and that some even hate him + some even like me have him on permanently mute on TS3, just because he makes me want to puke and then go die somewhere. And sometimes when teams a made and I see Jaro and me in same team I just wanna find a merc and leave - It has come to that point right about now, for me atleast.

I also know for another fact that this guy has been banned quite a few times from the gather system. Also that he has been sooo desperate to play in gather that he makes up fake ENSL accounts just to play.

Therefore I hope people will join me in this Permanently BAN on Jaro from the ENSL Gather System and maybe "if" good behaviour is in place from Jaros site 6 months from now it can be discussed reactivate he's account to the Gather System. But for now as a member of this community I think this ban is necessary.

- Please white if you feel, have examples or your opinion on this matter, because I myself am tired of this guy just wondering around when admins, refrees and etc. know that this is going on, but are just not doing anything about it. But maybe with the ENSL Community behind me we can do something about this guy and to put a stop to he's annoyingly and unacceptable behaviour towards the Gather System and it's normally joy that he turns into 1 hour of torture.

That's what I go to say about this so far. And I don't think anyone can prove me wrong about this person.

tbh I am tired of Jaro too (especially of his permanent disagreements about the alien tactic and his role), but I am not taking it too serious and close to my heart.

I've had problems with Jaro before so i'm not opposed to a more lengthy ban. I previously thought that he was just a terrible player with poor english skills (which I'd ban for anyway but luckily i'm not in charge) but it quickly became apparent that much of it was intentional and deliberate.

I'm banning him for six months now. He can appeal it here if he wishes to do so although he shouldn't expect much.

I banned him for 4 days before. He was ignoring his comm completely after several warnings in-game.

He avoided the ban 4 times and then started making repeated personal attacks at me. I've been thoroughly tempted to ban him permanently since, but it's personal now so I'll just stick to insulting him. GJ Thom x

maybe give him another chance with a 1 week ban only, but i dont think he will change (as he didnt after the recent ban)

ey dont ban jaro, what kind of silly reasons are those? you're banning certain person for 6 months(wtf?) cause he annoys you in the gathers, since when the fuck have you become so sensitive tweadle? to all of you, just tell him that persoanlly and dont go cry on forum, also it's not really that difficult to have influence on jaro, he always listens to me when i'm captain for example and he does good job usually.

We have all tried to explain it to him aA. But he's like a wall doesn't move and kinda in the way, and by that I mean he doesn't listen to what many people have tried to explain to him. So I (though it could have been MANY others that did this instead of me) took action instead of having him ruin more for the community.

And as I expected i'm not the only one that feels this way about Jaro. I personally never expected that anyone would EVER have to put up such a topic about a player in this community, but I simply have had enough of Jaro's behaviour.

Sorry mate, but it's a community. And I would never have expected it to come to this point, but Jaro simply just crossed the line with he behaviour concerning gathers.

i still find stupid and silly baning some1 for personal matter,"cause he's a difficult person", guys wtf? go grow up a bit, simply just dont pick him to your team next time or find a sub for him instead, if he doesnt linsten, i really dont understand your problems at all, there is lots of solutions to deal with and you're going easiest way possible right now by complaining on forums.

It's not personal, if it was personal, I'd have banned him. He doesn't listen to his team at all half the time. That's why my stupid relocate rolled him last night.

Saebel, Yka, beefi and a load of other people have come to me complaining about him. Coil consistently tells me when he's avoiding bans.

It's not like he's getting more popular you know.. we're helping him become a team player.
